Job Expectations and Responsibilities

Hearing Care Practitioner

  1. Licensed Audiologist or H.I.S.
  2. Performing audiometric diagnostic testing 
  3. Recommending treatment options for patients
  4. Educating patients about hearing healthcare
  5. Ensuring that patients have an experience that is worth telling a story about
  6. Interfacing with 3rd party insurers such as ADP, WSIB, NIHB, VAC and Greenshield
  7. Scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, and ordering supplies
  8. Learning and implementing the professional tools that we have developed

Patient Care Coordinator

  1. Organizing patient care over the phone and in-person
  2. Scheduling, billing, accounts receivable, and ordering supplies
  3. Helping struggling patients to see that there is hope and that we can fix their problem
  4. Facilitating the day-to-day running of the clinic
  5. Ensuring that patients have extraordinary experiences 
  6. Interfacing with 3rd party insurers such as ADP, WSIB, NIHB, VAC and Greenshield
  7. Learning and implementing the professional tools that we have developed
